Just As I Am is a faith based LGBTQ group. We welcome all, whether you are a member of the LGBTQ community or an ally. We welcome you if you have a lot of faith, a little faith, or no faith at all. It is not our goal to change the way anyone believes. We have had members who are atheist, agnostic, and even Budhist! Some people come to expand their faith while others come to experience a sense of community.
Just As I Am meets every Monday night from 7 pm – 9 pm at The Well, 3320 Troup Hwy, Suite 230. We provide a meal and a fun activity at each of our events. Find us on Facebook at facebook.com/JustAsIAmTyler ! or call Robby Jerger 903-941-9131.
Being transgender or knowing someone who is can make you feel all alone, with no one to talk to who really understands. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, confusion, and most of all, isolation. And real life support groups are nearly impossible to find.
That’s why Tyler Transgender Support started. We are a sacred place where you’ll meet new friends who know just what you’re facing because they’ve been there too. Here, you’ll experience understanding and comfort. Members are wonderfully supportive and can carry you through both good and bad times.
The group holds in person meetings twice a month, has two facebook support pages (one public and one private) and a private forums page on their website.
Tyler Transgender Support Group meets first Monday and third Thursday of each Month at 7 p.m.
RMC would like to inform all our friends and family that after 10 great years our last night being in business will be next Tuesday, December 31, 2019. Thanks to everyone for your support throughout the years. Together we have changed the world.
